Based on the Alt Text as poetry handbook created by Bojana Coklyat and Shannon Finnegan, I created a tutorial on writing Alt Text for Catbird NYC's social media channels. The tools can be applied to anyone who wishes to create a more accessible digital environment. After studying in the realm of disability studies, I feel uniquely qualified to work with access tools like alt text.
