Access Coordinator, FACESTRAPPED by Cuentame                                                                

September 2025

  • Organized all accessibility features of FACESTRAPPED, a queer and accessible nightlife party, including captioning, ASL, audio description, and sensory regulation resources

  • Greeted all guests with diverse access needs with a friendly and helpful presence, offering support to all

  • Selected and booked access services workers to align staff with the welcoming mission of the event

Access Coordinator, Lincoln Center

May 2024 - August 2025

  • Connected access service workers, production, programming, and guest experience to make daily events accessible

  • Ensured the ADA compliance of venues and the accessibility of event set-ups

  • Processed ticketing requests for 300 people a month with great attention to detail using Dynamics 360  

  • Organized and mailed out 100 monthly art-making kits to virtual workshop participants in collaboration with the mail room staff

  • Led community gatherings, including asl gatherings and verbal description workshops through artist collaboration, interpreter guidance, and touch object creation

  • Managed an incredibly active inbox and phone line with concise and kind responses to customers

  • Mentored six disabled high school students in professional practices and access event services

 

Research Assistant, NYU Center For Disability Studies

January 2024 - May 2024

  • Assisted Mara Mills and Harris Kornstein in researching the project Disability Covid Chronicles and ensuring website accessibility, funded by an NYU Digital Humanities Grant

  • Documented weekly field notes on digital disability activism related to the COVID-19 pandemic 

  • Published the 14 field notes as written articles on the WordPress Site 

 

Social Media Intern, Critical Design Lab

September 2023 - May 2024

  • Partnered with Dr. Aimi Hamraie (Vanderbilt University) in digital marketing for CDL’s 3 projects, including a newsletter

  • Worked with fellow disabled lab members to set access guidelines to grant access to 5000 disabled followers

  • Experienced the complications of access friction and refocused on serving as many disabled people as possible

 

Resident Assistant, New York University        

September 2023 - May 2024

  • Created an inclusive community for 35 students by planning 6 events per semester and fostering deep connections

  • Hosted an award-winning panel, Cultures of Care, to converse on disability and accessibility within the NYU community and beyond, sharing resources and encouraging the 40 students in the audience to be self-advocates

  • Presented at RA training to 50 people on accessibility for resident assistants and their students; then gathered RAs to petition for funding for access measures (i.e., CART and transportation) specifically for housing events

 

Visitor Experience Associate, The Shed

  • Works with a large team of fellow VXA to ensure the success and entertainment value of gallery exhibitions and theatrical performances.

  • Interacted with guests in Spanish and English, granting international audiences access to the art

  • Assist in the marketing of ethically made fine jewelry through social media and influencers

  • Work cross-functionally with fulfillment, shipping and art departments to pull pieces for loans

  • Analyzed influencer analytics in search of the most effective people to partner with

  • Film and edit product videos across Instagram Pinterest and Twitter to a total of 532k followers

  • Researched and orchestrated events for 20 students to attend while studying abroad in France in order to explore international education and incite interactions with French culture

  • Managed 20 students within the NYU Buenos Aires Community to create a bilingual art magazine

  • Edited and reviewed over 100s selections of artworks, creative writings and photographs

  • Received a $1000 USD Global Research Fund grant from NYU to fund the printing expenses

Event Founder and Coordinator, TEDxYouth@YostPark

  • Discovered a platform for 6,000 students to share ideas and initiated an annual tradition

  • Delegated a team of 45 volunteers and created an independent event with no financial reliance
